I would invest in Charlotte, inventory for multi-family that is affordable is low. I’m open to anything with good cash flow that’s not crazy expensive.

First day with my pro account after watching Brandon's Newbie podcast. Very ready to pursue my first deal, looking for a small multi-family as rentals. Have a full time job that pays well but eager to escape the corporate machine. Live in Charlotte and looking to invest somewhere close. Hello All, Newbie that stumbled upon BP about 3 months ago. I have been actively listening and following as much as time will allow ever since.
