Hello, My name is Gerald Jameson.  I’ve been on the site for nearly a year and had yet to introduce myself. TY @Brandon Turner for suggesting I do so in one of the podcasts that I’m getting caught up on.

I’m currently a delivery driver for a local lumber yard and I work close to 60 hrs a week.  I want to invest in small multi-family Brrrrr.  I am operating out of Bucksport, which is 20 minutes from Bangor , Maine.  I am working on getting funding from one of my local banks for my first deal a duplex which will cash flow a whopping 650 ish a month with both units already rented.
Since I’m not writing a book I’ll leave it at that and just say hello and thank you.

@Gerald Jameson Welcome to the forums! Be sure to check out the monthly RE Meetup in Bangor. I think it's still held the 1st Wed of every month and the details are usually posted on the BP events page a week or two in advance. It's a great way to network with other investors both new and experienced.
