Thank you @Charlie MacPherson if scheduling permits I would love to attend a regular meet up, as my schedule makes it difficult to make the two monthly meets near me (one fore mentioned by @Ryan Murdock). They are both in the middle of the week when I have to start work early in the AM.  I am however going to give up some of my sleep time to attend the next one. A little sacrifice now can pay off in the end.

   Hello, My name is Gerald Jameson.  I’ve been on the site for nearly a year and had yet to introduce myself. TY @Brandon Turner for suggesting I do so in one of the podcasts that I’m getting caught up on.  

I’m currently a delivery driver for a local lumber yard and I work close to 60 hrs a week.  I want to invest in small multi-family Brrrrr.  I am operating out of Bucksport, which is 20 minutes from Bangor , Maine.  I am working on getting funding from one of my local banks for my first deal a duplex which will cash flow a whopping 650 ish a month with both units already rented.
   Since I’m not writing a book I’ll leave it at that and just say hello and thank you.
