Hi, I'm Luke from Colorado. I'm interested in learning how to invest in real estate. Right now I'm reading everything I can about it. Currently I work as an electrician for a large commercial company, and I specialize in building automation along with energy management. I also like to on houses, just as side work. I am working towards getting my master's license and opening my own business. I want to use that as an advantage to fix and flip or BRRRR. Thanks BP!

@Luke Fletemeyer welcome to BP. There are a lot of greet meetups around town. Make sure you get plugged into those. The BRRRR strategy is very hard to execute in the current market conditions. There are BRRRR Deals out there, but they are going to seasoned investors who have their businesses up and running. I wouldn't make BRRRR's your only focus.

If you fix and flip, just keep in mind the seasonality changes that we have in Denver.

IF you're in a position too, buy a house hack. They are easy investments and the numbers make sense!

Chris
