Off-Market home picked up through advertising.

Purchase Price: $100,000 (Cash purchase with a 50/50 partner)

Carpet/Paint/Miscellaneous: $10,500

Sold for: $172,000

Net Profit (after closing costs, commissions, etc): $39,400

I have yet to find a flip just needing the basics... perhaps 2020 will be my year for a successful lipstick renovation ;)
