New REI from Lawrence, Kansas

Hello All! 

I'm Zach and I recently moved to Lawrence from Canfield, Ohio for work (Mechanical Engineer). I am new to REI and have been utilizing the biggerpockets podcast and a number of books to learn as much as possible over the last few months.

I am looking to house hack a 2-4 unit property utilizing an FHA loan on the west side of Lawrence.
