Hello everyone! I am new to Real Estate and I am here to learn. I appreciate the opportunity to access a community such as this and I look forward to learning as much as I can. I am mostly interested in buy and hold and BRRRR strategies focusing mainly on up-and-coming towns and municipalities in Colorado. I plan on launching January 2021.
