Newly licensed agent in Sacramento
Hi there, jumping into the deep end here and changing careers. Was in Aerospace for 15 years making rockets and satellites and a big life event happened in 2018, so I decided to pivot and try something to maximize my time doing things that I like to do and figured I'd give RE a try. I'm already knee deep into a million dollar house flip as an investor and project manager and just recently got licensed. I'm super excited to be jumping in with rates so low and people ready to buy! I've been a bigger pockets and Graham Stephen youtube listener for some time and now trying to implement the things I've learned.
Now building my database and getting familiar with analyzing properties for BRRRR also getting into the commercial realm. If you have any good info on those subjects, I'd be greatly appreciative.
