I am a new member checking in with everyone. Husband and I have money to invest and want to learn more about finding the good deal, adding some sweat equity and then getting out of it. We don't enjoy being landlords. Also, I am debating on whether getting my real estate license would assist me in this or not. Any direction for me out there? :D
