New Member Intro, Grays Harbor
Hi!
I'm Katey and I just joined in the last few weeks. We just submitted an offer on our first property. A house hack we are tackling with our family. It seems almost like a hack/BRRRR since we are acquiring a rented unit with reliable tenant, a 5 bedroom house we will live in, and additional 1200 sq ft we plan on converting to a 2bd apartment and all will have their own garage.
Expect to see me on here with many questions over the next year!!
