Congrats on getting your first property under agreement Frank and welcome to BP. May closing is a ways away, what type of property is it, is it a multi or true commercial?
We host a few meetups on the Northshore called “Pints, Properties, and Events” you can find them under he networking/events tab up above but our next one is this Thursday in Woburn at Scoreboards from 630-830. They’re free and open to the public to attend. If you’re not busy swing by and meet some people in the area who are investing or just getting started themselves.
