New to hands on real estate investing

I go by Devan and I live in Woodstock, Georgia. I have been long time listener and have been watching everything unfold for around 2 years give or take a month. I got in a bad motorcycle accident that had caused a spinal stroke after surgery which left me a paraplegic around 3 years ago which meant I couldn't lift heavy things and put them back down anymore. I had to find another way to make money for retirement to where I am still happy and helping. I thought about stocks for the long term/retirement but I didn't have a lot of control with it so I looked at savings bonds and IRA's but they were too slow. So eventually I found real estate. I immediately immersed myself into it and tried to see which side of things I liked most. It brought me to house hacking and rentals.

This will be the constant throughout my life and will afford me to have a safe and comfortable retirement if I want it or to be able to pass something down to my kids. I will eventually get into multi family but for now I will be working on getting my first house with my fiance and house hack in Cherokee county Georgia. If you know about buying a home with a llc/series llc, of any good deals, or know a great contractor to finish a basement please let me know. As I am in the market to buy a house now and actively looking. ANY INFO IS GREAT.

Wishing you all the best,

Devan
