So I'm 26 years old, and have been quite obsessive with finance and investing over the last year or so. I had previously filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy due to medical expenses that became extremely overwhelming. Since then, I've read at least 50+ books on personal finance & investing- mostly having to do with the stock market. I told myself that I never again want to be in that financial position that I was in when I went bankrupt. I feel extremely woke, and for the first time I feel as if I actually have a lot of financial potential. I'm currently in a great financial position, and have some capital to play with. I currently work in the engineering field, and I am engaged. My fiancee fully supports my real estate and investing aspirations. I'm very knowledgeable when it comes to trading stocks, but want to dabble into the real estate market. I'd eventually like to create enough passive income to live off so that I can dedicate my time towards my business that I'd like to start, and my future wife and kids.
