Aspiring House Hacker in Chicago!

Hey everyone.

I'm Nikko. I'm 26 and moved to Chicago last December as I was blessed to accept a job with the Bulls. Because of Covid-19, I've been working from home with my family in Florida since late March. I recently bought "The House Hacking Strategy" by Craig Curelop and learned about this community. When I get back to Chicago later this year, I hope to start my journey as a house hacker. I'm just trying to learn and absorb as much info as I can during my free time at this point.

Would love to connect with any house hackers in Chicagoland or anyone with experience in the Chicago market! Also open to hearing tips or stories about anyone's first house hacking experience. Super exciting to get started in house hacking, it is one the best real estate investing strategies for many reasons.  Do you have a specific neighborhood you want to start looking in?  

I'd talk to @Sarita Scherpereel, @Eudith Vacio, or @John Warren as far as rockstar agents who really understand house hacking and the numbers behind them.  I'd also get pre-approved by @Michael Facchini or @Michael Barbari.
