Hey everyone.

I'm Nikko. I'm 26 and moved to Chicago last December as I was blessed to accept a job with the Bulls. Because of Covid-19, I've been working from home with my family in Florida since late March. I recently bought "The House Hacking Strategy" by Craig Curelop and learned about this community. When I get back to Chicago later this year, I hope to start my journey as a house hacker. I'm just trying to learn and absorb as much info as I can during my free time at this point.

Would love to connect with any house hackers in Chicagoland or anyone with experience in the Chicago market! Also open to hearing tips or stories about anyone's first house hacking experience. If you have specific podcasts/articles you think are essential for someone just starting out, please send them along.
