Newbie at Spring Hill TN
Hello BP community! I bought my first house 2.5 years ago in Spring Hill TN. After my boyfriend and I bought another one for ourselves, we decided to lease out my house and we will self-manage it. We are now preparing the house and hopefully it will be ready in a month. In the meantime, I'm doing all research, reading the state law, reading books and getting insights from BP forums and podcasts. The priority for me is to put the lease together, familiar with the whole rental process and choose a landlord application. Eventually we would like to have 2-3 more rental properties in the future. ~Joey
