Nice to almost meet you!
My name is Blair from Portland, Oregon. I am new to investing. I've got to admit it's intimidating and humbling to be among all of you knowledgeable people. Also, I am newly married and expecting.
Which MEANS...we are getting ready to plunk down that change on our FIRST property! Some folks ask me whether we are buying a home or making an investment. I don't see why we can't do both. We seem to be on the same page about house hacking, which seems like a great way to build wealth.
Additionally, I'm interested in providing respectable and sustainable housing for our community. After all, we all inhabit this blue spaceship, right?
