New in Snohomish County
My wife and I are new to real estate investing and just wanted to say “Hi” to everyone in the Seattle area! I’m a full time firefighter for over 20 years and my beautiful bride is a stay at home mom who’s full time job has been raising our 4 awesome boys and homeschooling them. 2 are moved out and 2 are still at home, they seem to grow up too fast and sometimes not soon enough!
Real Estate has always fascinated me, the possibilities and potential are incredible. We’ve owned 3 homes and have always bought fixers and built sweat equity, so now we’re looking to do the same with long term rentals. We’re doing research and waiting for the right time.

@Ian Wagner I am also located in Snohomish County and love investing here. When restaurants are open again, I am sure there will be a big demand for in person meetups. There was a new one that was being hosted in downtown Snohomish which I hope will restart again. You can find a bunch of them on Meetup.com.
