Newbie Investor from Dallas, Texas

Hi Everyone! I’m about 3 weeks in to real estate investing and wanted to introduce myself!

I am a Technology Executive at a large company in Dallas, Texas and while working from home due to COVID started researching side hustles to boost my retirement goals. I read over and over that real estate investing was the best way to build long term wealth so started digging deeper into what that entails. I stumbled upon BP and instantly got hooked!

I've decided my initial niche will be SFR and small multi-family buy and hold rentals using the BRRRR strategy in DFW and Atlanta, Georgia. My goal is to purchase one property by end of year and grow to three total by end of 2021.

Looking to learn and consume as much as I can about the business and build as many relationships as I can to grow a lucrative portfolio for not only retirement but generational wealth. I’m willing to roll up my sleeves and help out wherever I can for on the job experience and mentoring opportunities!
