Hello to all. Welcome Brandon. My name is Augusto and I am in the Phoenix Arizona area. I have a 3/2 SFR rental in the Caribbean and am renting here. I am looking forward to buying a home here ( in june hopefully) and really start my family's real estate investment endeavors. This seems to be a great place to meet like minded people that think outside the box. I really look forward to meeting as many people here as I can and absorb all this knowledge available.
