Hello everyone.  I am new to real estate investing and am hoping to make some connections with other investors. I am in San Diego, CA.  I am looking at OOS investment properties, primarily turnkey.  Looking forward to learning a lot from this group.

 Welcome! I recommend you check out the Columbus, Ohio market. It is a great market for out of state buyers due to the rockstar property managers, contractors, Realtors, and lenders we have here.
