New investor interesting in house hacking

Hello Everyone!

My name is Larrian, I am 28 years old and looking to get into Real Estate investing. I am active duty military and will be PCS’ing to Boise Idaho ( mountain home AFB) . I would love to meet up with the locals and learn as much information as I can about living in Idaho ( virtual visit as well). My goal is to invest in my first real estate property, preferably multi family home since I am new and learning about house hacking. Any resources, suggestions, and advice would be greatly appreciated. I have been on bigger pockets for a few days are so & love it.
