New Agent and Investor in Maryland
Hey all, I spent 2020 getting my real estate license in Maryland and have big plans in 2021 and beyond. Have been on here reading and listening to BP for a little over a year.
I am interested in Buy and Hold, and BRRRR. Seller financing interests me, and I love developing partnerships that work for everyone. I would eventually like to invest in single family / duplexes / triplexes in Indiana, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Montana, and Vermont. For right now, I am focused on Maryland (Gaithersburg, Rockville, Baltimore areas).
