Newbie in Houston Texas
Hi everyone,
My name is Ted Rivera and I am originally from California and moved to Houston back in 2009. I have been in the real estate investment business for quite some time, with several rental units in California. I am now attempting to duplicate my business here in Houston and build my portfolio. Though I have been a landlord for over twenty years now I still consider myself somewhat of a novice when it compared the vast options that are out there. I've already purchased a couple of homes here in Houston but looking for ways to maximize the buying power of my dollar. Look forward to sharing with you all. What a great site!!
