Seeking Employment and Investment Opps

I am looking to relocate to the Scottsdale area this summer from the San Jose and will be shifting careers as an estimator in const. to real estate/investing. I have been an estimator/PM for 8 years and have always had a passion/drive towards real estate in the multifamily/SF space. I do have some connections in the area, being a Sun Devil Alum, but I would like to network with my fellow Bigger Pockets professionals.
