Newbie in Charleston, SC
Hello all,
I am currently living in Charleston,SC and will be moving to Chicago in about a year. Instead of selling our house we decided to get into real estate investing by becoming landlords. I am excited about having our first investment property and am looking forward to learning as much as I can about the REI world. I am currently reading the beginners guide and do have questions about refinancing to get me into a better position when the time does come to bring in our first tenants but I will ask those questions on the appropriate forum.
