Montgomery County, Fairfax County and Arlington County are where the primo schools are. Literally within those 3 different systems are a ton of the best schools in the entire country. Even the bad schools in those systems are generally pretty good. When people distinguish between a good and what they may call a bad school in those systems, they are talking about the difference between 99% grad rates vs like 95%.
