I'm in the knowledge gathering phase of real estate investment. I am a trained electrician who has been a remodeling hobbyist for many years. I have a passion for helping people and for property management and I feel this is the the career for me.
In the next year, I plan to become a landlord. Of course, after I gain all the knowledge I can here!
