Thanks for all the tips everyone. I downloaded the Beginners Guide and I am currently watching the backlog of interview videos and such. Nearly infinite amounts of great information.

Greg Potter I do projects with friends and at my own house, nothing formally for a business. We are all "Do it right the first time" types which usually costs more, but lasts longer so you won't have to fix it later. I have done work in Clay, Cicero, North Syracuse, and Liverpool.

I'm in the knowledge gathering phase of real estate investment. I am a trained electrician who has been a remodeling hobbyist for many years. I have a passion for helping people and for property management and I feel this is the the career for me.

In the next year, I plan to become a landlord. Of course, after I gain all the knowledge I can here!
