New Texan Investor - YEEEHAW
Howdy,
I am new to REI, however, I am looking to jump in ASAP. My wife and I live in Houston, TX and are currently seeking property to buy and hold to add to our passive income. We appreciate the wealth of information located on this site and I am excited to use BP to my advantage and hopefully help others when I am more experienced.
As of now we are not really sure how to obtain information on property before it hits the market, and most properties are not on the MLS very long in our area. I am currently looking for any Houston wholesalers that may have info on properties or any agents in the area that are willing to work with an investor. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
