My name is Jose Ramos. I am a soon-to-be Father myself; expecting a baby girl this September. I'm currently an Engineer at Raytheon and recently became interested in real estate investing through friends and family that pointed me to the Bigger Pockets Podcast. Or better still....learn to source the leads yourself and avoid wholesalers all together. Doing your own lead generation, particularly as a qualified buyer means you can escape a lot of the riggermarole. The price of just one wholesale fee could bring you multiple deals to transact yourself.
