Did you work out today?

BP Family,

Wanted to talk about the power of habit and how it can lead to long term success.  I think we would all agree that any major success requires consistent action taken over a long period of time.  With that being said, habits drive consistency.  Establishing habits that create a foundation for wealth building, significantly improve your chances at success.   That brings me to the point of this post: did you work out today?  I know for me I can see a clear difference in my productivity throughout the day based on if I worked out or not.  Starting my day by pushing my mind and body to their limits sets a tone for the day and makes me feel like the hardest part of the day is over.  So I send this message to the BP family.  Start your day with a workout.  Does not matter if its a 15 minute walk with the Dog or Spouse, a hardcore session in the gym, or a nice ride on one of those fancy peletons, get moving in the morning to set the tone for your day!  Wish you all prosperity and happy investing.

v/r
