Post: Did you work out today?

BP Family,

Wanted to talk about the power of habit and how it can lead to long term success.  I think we would all agree that any major success requires consistent action taken over a long period of time.  With that being said, habits drive consistency.  Establishing habits that create a foundation for wealth building, significantly improve your chances at success.   That brings me to the point of this post: did you work out today?  I know for me I can see a clear difference in my productivity throughout the day based on if I worked out or not.  Starting my day by pushing my mind and body to their limits sets a tone for the day and makes me feel like the hardest part of the day is over.  So I send this message to the BP family.  Start your day with a workout.  Does not matter if its a 15 minute walk with the Dog or Spouse, a hardcore session in the gym, or a nice ride on one of those fancy peletons, get moving in the morning to set the tone for your day!  Wish you all prosperity and happy investing.

Chris! Thank you for the advice!  I really appreciate your input!

Hello BP Community,

I am finally getting over my fear and imposter syndrome and taking my real estate endeavors serious.  I am looking to get into residential commercial.  This is my first step to building my network.  I am reaching out to the community looking for a commercial residential investor that is looking or an intern (free of charge).  In exchange I am just looking for the opportunity to be apart of and learn how to execute an apartment syndication deal.  A little about my background:

BS in Business Administration from Old Dominion University

MS in Telecommunications Management Oklahoma State University

Current Senior Captain (Network Engineer) in the United States Army:  Expertise include Project Management, Human Resource Management, Logistics Management, Information Technology Management.

I have a passion for coordinating efforts and seeing projects through from start to finish.

Real Estate Background:  I have made offers on several properties but have not been able to land anything yet.

What is my Why?  Building passive income so that I can live life on my own terms.  Learn an invaluable skillset and pass it down to my children.

I hope everybody had a wonderful 4th of July and I hope to hear from somebody soon.
