Hey ya’ll, my name is William and I am brand new to the investing game trying to find properties to post on Airbnb in/around Nashville, Tn. I work full time(50+ hours/wk) and am trying to get out to spend more time with my growing family! I am looking for any advice any investors/brokers/realtors have and am willing to meet up with anyone in this area!

You'll have to basically get into commercial zoning at this point. Which is expensive.

Unless you can get an STR immediately which you will pay a ton of money for and in my opinion it will lose significant value next year when you can't sell it as a non owner occupied STR anymore.
