Hello, I am new to the site. My name is John. I am a dentist by training but would like to get into rental real estate in order to establish passive income. I have my real estate license due to incompetent agents inspiring me to get my license. I have bought raw land and my 3 personal residences. I am here to learn. I am thinking that mobile homes is going to be my best entry into rental real estate.
