I am trying to sell a piece of raw land for 440k and I owe 177k. I have a guy that can put down 50k and wants to do a 5 year balloon. I have outstanding credit score and make 300k a year but only have 30k cash right now due to the plague. I can repay the loan in less than a year and really want to get the property off my books. Who/how would you recommend coming up with the 100k? Previously I used USAA previously for a personal loan for 100k but their new personal loan limit is 5k. Please help.

I bought just over 36 acres in 2009  and have added a barn and infrastructure to build a home in the future but I have now decided to move from my current area. I have an offer of 500k on the property currently but the buyer needs to owner finance. I owe apprx 230k on the property and the buyer can put 100k down. My lawyer says we need to have the property free and clear to owner finance. I have decent credit but will be changing employers next week. I currenlty hold notes on three other properties that I am owner financing.   Does anyone have any idea where I can get a loan(130k) to pay off the note so I can unload the property? 

Trash Pandas are wile beast. They are disease carriers so call animal control, if one was seen to be showing signs of rabies a response would be quicker.

I searched for flooring recommendations and the Allure click together planking seems to have been the winner but the thread was dated. How is the Allure or other brands of click together holding up?

I just got a 6 unit(all3/2's). Rent is 550 for each unit with all tenants having lived there 3 or more years. 180k as is. 90's homes with new hvac installed in 2014. This will be my second rental property.  My first obstacle will be financing. I am calling all my local banks, I have a close to perfect credit score and other debt free real assets to use as security. Any thoughts or advice?
