First House Hack with my Fiancé

Hey All!

My fiancé and I are both in a great spot where we both have a remote job, and can work anywhere in the states.  We are looking to house hack, however, we want to make sure it’s a great cash flow.  We have been doing some research and reaching out to agents.  My question is, what is a nice and upcoming area that we could potentially Airbnb the other duplex, or potentially fourplex?
