Hi all, 

My name is Connor and I am new to the investing side of Real estate! I have been an agent here in the Las Vegas area for 3 years now but looking to make the transition over to strictly investing. My wife and I are moving to San Diego next June so I have some work to do. I plan on getting my feet wet here in the Las Vegas market and then do some long distant investing in the Omaha NE, Indianapolis, IN and Kansas City, MO/KS Markets. My main focus will be buy and holds on value adds and BRRR investing. I am excited to start my journey and hoping to get as much information as possible through the forums!
