Hello from Cleveland / Akron Ohio
My name is Ryan, and I am from Northeast Ohio.
Honestly, I have been a member since 2008, but was never very active. I was buried beneath a full time job and the projects that I was already involved in.
I have recently come to the end of seven years of back to back projects, but I did not have a clearly defined path or goals.
I am now in a period of rebirth/restructuring in my real estate investing, so I figured that an official introduction would be apropos. Going forward, we will be following a planned path, instead of getting into any project that appears to have merit.
We invest in Cleveland, Akron, and North Canton, Ohio. We rehabilitate single family homes, as well as hold long term rentals of single and multi-family. We are also interested in holding land.
I look forward to giving back as much as I have gotten from BiggerPockets over the years.
