Hey folks,

I started with REI about 10 years ago in Southern CA, purchased a multi-family property with 3 other partners and did okay. Since then, I've moved to the DC area and have been itching to get back into action. Came across this website last night. Now I can't get myself to walk away from it or the podcast. I look forward to sharing experiences with everyone.
