Can anyone tell me the average cost of a home inspection for a 5 family?

1bed / 1bath units

Square footage = 2,486

Year built = 1900

I got a quote that seems pretty high.

I don't know the average but I paid $875 plus $85 termite and $185 well for a total of $1145. That was in 2017 in New London County.
