Hi,

I am looking to purchase an investment property in Red clay school district , Delaware. I am looking for advice on property management companies who can provide me good rental information and trust worthy contractors in Delaware who can fix any issues. 

 Question for the group.

I know Wilmington delaware has a high crime rate and so how do i find if a particular property is in a safe neighbour hood? Any idea on how to find the average rentals in that area will also be good.
