Hello group, question; Is there a website you can recommend that gives information on the how a Veteran with a GI Bill can qualify for a VA loan?

@Antoine Armstrong your best bet is talking directly to a lender, but short answer is that you cannot use the GI bill (BAH) income to qualify for a mortgage. You can use disability as 1.25X (because it is tax exempt) if you have disability though. Otherwise, you need to have a stable W2, solid documented self-employment income, or something like rental income to supplement your DTI.
