Is anyone in the Brunswick/St. Simons Island Georgia area actively investing? I'll be in the area late April to late May and I want to see what investment options area available in the area. Mainly looking to connect with wholesalers, investor friendly agents, and contractors. The BRRR strategy is my gameplan. Any REIAs nearby?
