Hi,

I am exploring an opportunity for rental property listed in in Kennesaw, GA 30144.  I'd love to hear any feedback whether it's good market to get in?  Also looking to build up a boots-on-ground team so I'd appreciate if I can get reference on PM, contractors, brokers.

I have 6 rental properties in Kennesaw. It’s an excellent area for rentals, although currently tough to buy at numbers that make sense. Is the listing on market?
