Dekalb County -- Looking to Connect with other Investors

I'm located in Dekalb county, interested in wholesaling, sublets, flipping... I also just got my real estate license in November 2018. I'm very motivated and ready to make some progress in real estate. I've been cold calling vacant homes, FSBOs, driving for dollars and done some direct mail campaigns.
