New Wholesaler: Also Looking for Other Wholesalers
I am a new wholesaler around Iowa City and Cedar Rapids areas. I am constantly looking to continue to gain experience and knowledge in this industry. I currently do not know any other wholesalers around here. If anyone is looking to network feel free to personal message me. Hey Seth! Here in Georgia we have TONS of Facebook real estate investing, wholesaling and cash buyers pages. I did a quick search of your areas and didn't find anything like that! Those pages are great for networking.
Maybe that's a good sign? You may have the market nearly to yourself:)
