I am a new wholesaler around Iowa City and Cedar Rapids areas. I am constantly looking to continue to gain experience and knowledge in this industry. Hey Seth! Here in Georgia we have TONS of Facebook real estate investing, wholesaling and cash buyers pages. I did a quick search of your areas and didn't find anything like that! Those pages are great for networking.
Maybe that's a good sign? You may have the market nearly to yourself:)
