Real Estate Conventions in NJ, PA, NYC, area

Hello!

Does anyone know of any good real estate conventions in the NJ, PA, or NYC area? I have not purchased my first investment yet but would like to network and gain as much knowledge as I can. So far, I have been reading the blogs here, reading books on real estate investing, and listening to the BP podcast. I know that networking/reputation is very crucial in this business.

Its not a convention, but we have a meetup Aug 10th in West Chester, PA.  We do it every month and you are welcome to attend.
