Winter Olympics, Denver?

In researching a move to Denver, I was surprised to hear that the City rejected a bid to host the 1976 Winter Olympics. I would imagine RE investors would have been outraged by this at the time, but would there really have been a sustained boost to property values, and if so to what geographic extent? Have opinions changed enough since then for Denver to host the games if the opportunity arose once again?

I would never allow growing in a rental. I used to live in a rental that a grower lived in before we got there. He made different altercations to a room to enhance his grow room. I've seen on the news recently a houses wiring being changed in order to support all the lighting. It was a huge mess for the landlord. I guess it goes without saying that this kind of tenant would be a bad idea though.. @Louis Radosevich
